ENTRY INTO POLITICS
In 2006, he was appointed as the coordinator for the Youth Kisan Manch for farmers of Uttar Pradesh. He studied, researched, and tackled many underlying issues that were becoming major problems for farmers during that time. At that time, he was under the guidance of and influenced by Mr. VP Singh to pursue a program called “Haq ki ladai” to create awareness among the people and farmers of Uttarakhand. In 2008, he was the main leading face in this Uttarakhand awareness program along with Mr. VP Singh, and more than lac farmers were influenced by Dixit to raise their voice for justice.
